    Its not worth the risk... A bypass valve wont do shit if the filter is fully submerged in water.

    Is an extra 0-10hp worth locking up a 3500 dollar engine?

    Actually, im pretty sure it will, AEM did a test of just that, and it worked just like it was suppose to

    Plus, when is your filter going to be fully submerged in water anyways, ive been driving with mine for over 7 months now w/ no problems watsoever and ive driven in some pretty heavy downpours
