i tried it and its still has the problem it seems a lil better tho

could it be anything else that could be triggering the ecu to flash iacv code???

no if the code is still present then its still there. you can try to reset the ecu but i think its gunna come back. take the negative battery cable off the battery for 5 min. that will clear ecu soft codes. then reconnect it and see what happens.
