Default ITR Trunk brace vs. Non ITR brace

I've got a couple of questions about this; 1st is, will i be able to drill my frame on a DB1 integra in a similar way to the How-to's and mount this up to have it actually work?

2nd is, is there actually some kind of 'noticeable' bit of stiffness to be gained from this mod?

A bar there is ridiculous, just use a solid rear tower brace and call it a day.

I thought that it came stock on the ITR though?

I mean, if it comes stock on one of the best handling cars in the world, then it must be good for something

lolol, sure it can be one of the best handling cars with about $6-8k in suspension work plus another $4k on a roll cage for body strengthening, etc.
