what year is your civic? if its not a fuse/relay find where your fuel pump bolts up from inside your car, usually under the back seat cushion right at the edge of where the trunk starts. once you find it (has a wire form in the car going into an aluminum looking cover), have someone try to start the car while you hit the fuel pump area with a mallet or something that wont cause damage but can jolt the pump around good. if it starts your pumps going out.
