they have a lifetime warranty, and they're either the OE company that made the radiator that came in your car when it was purchased with 0 miles from the dealership or it's an aftermarket company that made it to meet or exceed OE specifications. in 3 years at my shop with all the radiators we've sold, we've gotten 1 defective one, and they had another one here within the hour as well as gave us a substantial credit for the inconvenience on our next purchase.
they're actually a very professional company, and don't do stuff like jb weld cracks and screw bolts in radiator necks so you can't hook up a coolant resivoir =]
some people buy used parts and cross their fingers.....some people buy new parts and don't give it another thought, other people ask for help, then criticise the most helpful suggestion because they're too cheap to resolve their problem the right way. ya know?
