Its a decent setup, makes good TQ , not alot of HP comes from it, BONE STOCK they make around 150-160whp.

with bolt ons 170s is possible.

has all the same problems as an LSVTEC, rods are weak so dont rev it, small valve reliefs so cant run big cams etc.

That was what I was wanting to know, thanks. I have been thinking about this set-up for my ef. I am taking my ZC out in a few days, and I want to to something sick to go back in.....ideas?. Mind you, that I am not really that knowledgble in Hondas.

Also on the head, I was told that a B16 head would work?

to make it "vtec" you're going to have to do the "lsvtec" kit n kaboodle... oil line, computer, etc

b20's aren't anything special though... I wanna see a 13B in a fwd civic...lol that'd make my day, you'd get like 13 rep points at least
