when u hit vT4k it will go waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhh hhhh...mine does lol. but yea mine does. i have no exhaust..and when i get on it..u know it..sounds better than having an exhaust

It will give you the sound, but it could also blow your motor. The problem with a lot of the CAI and Short rams is that they change the diameter of the Mass Air Sensor housing and the result is that if it goes larger, you are pumping more air into the engine than it thinks...this results in possible lean conditions and blown engines. Without engine management of some sort or tuning specifically for the intake, be careful. Or buy a decent one that is the same diameter as your stock MAF housing.
Best bet man if its for that altima send me pms and i know that car every which way around and have tried every possible application on it... so send me a pm when you want questions about a car most people on here know nothing about... its not a honda slow... u gotta ask the nissan experts on this one... but crash and everyone else are right... dont be cheap
