:jerkit: I hear so many people talk about the G35 like it's king of the road. I had a350z, that is until I let a drunk waitress from my local watering hole drive it to get more beer. You can guess what happened. The G35 and 350Z do share the same drivetrain, however the G35 sits about 360 lbs. hevyer. AEM cold air intake, Borla cat back, ground block, and the computer flashed out ran my buddys G35 with the same parts. Here is how I look at it, you want luxery buy the G35. You want a performance car you buy the Z!
However, I do like the looks of the G35 better.

I am a fan of both, and I think it really depends on what you like more. The Z is more sport and lean, and the G is more practical and cush. Do you want to have the possibility of hauling people and extra stuff around? if you don't think you could deal with having only room for you and one other person, get the g35. If a closed roof two seater is not scary, go for the Z. Personally, I majorly dig the Z roadster. Has anyone else seen that prototype g35 convertible they made? I have, and for the record, it did look pretty stupid. I will try to find the picture again.

How did it look with the top up?

Maybe it could have a targa top?

....nah that would be gay too.....

...but people will still buy the convertible, if its produced.

Its mssing a spoiler to accentuate the topless look....I think

Yeah- it doesn't look as sleek as the Z roadster, but I think they will still look into it. I didn't find one with the top up, and that one might have been photoshopped...They might end up rebadging and refacing a Z roadster with Infiniti garnish and appointments and creating a G roadster

Not sure, you'd think it would be a no brainer for nissan but apparently they have no plans for it.

I think they could make it look very good if it was convertible, they would just have to tweak the body a little
