Thread: transmission/clutch problem. really strange

    ok everyone i cant hold the shop responsible because i did the clutch fly and tranny install at my shop they did the rest of the swap. if im not mistaken i think when i put the tranny in the pilot bearing came off the fork and got jammed so the clutch will not engage. the fork moves when you push the pedal down everything works just the clutch will not grab it thinks its in neutral so something is holding the clutch open. so if there are any other ideas please let me know.

    ah ha, now it makes sense. Did you use a clutch alignment tool/spare main shaft to get the clutch back on?
