    Yeah, It should be great, I'm hoping to make 1100-1200hp without the spray. I need to send the tranny off to have it gone through, I just dont have time to work on the car right now.

    well thats pretty much impossible if you are going to keep it a street car. I don't know who you have been talking too but even the race cars with large windsors that run hot street don't make that much power and they spin the motors to 9000+ rpm. You are going to need way more head then an AFR 225 if you want to even come remotely close. You should shoot for 600 hp in a streetable 408.

    If you want to make 1200 hp on motor give Jon kasse a call. He can build you a 800 cubic inch pro-stock engine that will make 1500 hp. Hes up in norcross and does all the motors for IHRA pro stock. I mean you are big baller and stuff i'm sure you can afford what he charges for those mountain motors.
