One thing i forgot, have you checked your air pressure? I'd run about 36-38psi in a truck. Even with my brand new truck, good alignment etc i get some uneven wear. I crossrotate my tires every oil change to help balance it out and get even wear. Im a mechanic btw so i align any time its in question.
