not necessarily....i bout my motor now in my civic that a few people on the boards can vouch for with perfect compression...would have cost me around 300 to rebuild my other d series and i got this one for $120 from a friend and it had 60k on it...now i mean i wouldnt replace a 150k motor with another but it does make sense MOST of the time...its pointless to rebuild a D for stock, especially for those who cant do a rebuild or afford the downtime you come off just as cheap getting another engineOriginally Posted by SLow_POke
