    There is a Pressure Tester that you can buy, This will help you to find the leak, And it Depends were the leak is... If its in the core you can fix it.. But if the Plastic is crack it would be worth just buying a new one cause the repair kits will never hold up...

    how can that help me? i already know that it isnt building up enough pressure and the pressure tester can only be connected in one place.

    So you know where the leak is or not... You would use this tool to find your leak also to find other troubles Example: (Blowed head gasket, Bad cap, Bad Rad,ETC...), Not saying you have a blowed gasket just making a Point..
