Now I see that there are almost 20 people that say they are comming,
but only 4 of us have commited to bringing stuff.
Come on people, pitch in or you will not get feed. I don't mind cooking on the grill,
I actually like to play with fire. But I do not like freeloaders. So if you will not be
bringing anything, all we ask is that you can make a donation to help cover the
costs. It is only fair. Why should only a hand full of people have to cover the cost
of everyone else.
Any one have anything to add?
What are those 4 people bringing that way I can know what needs to be brought. I will gladly bring something, I dont like freeloading.
Go look in the 1st post of this thread. There is a list of attendees and next to their name I put what they commited to bring. If you see anything there you want to bring or if there is anything not there that you would like to share, PM me and I will make sure I add it to the list.

To the top update. Added another attendee. He is 100% Gonna show, he has also volunteered to bring something to help keep our costs down.

I am pretty sure we will be there for a few hours. I think that once everyone gets some food in them, there might be some discussion about what to do after the BBQ. I am sure we could go meet somewhere else, make a cruise to NP, or The V. This part has not been brought up.
But I am pretty sure that staying at a BBQ for 8 hours is unlikely.
If anyone has any ideas for after the BBQ (later in the day) feel free to post up or PM me. I will make sure that it gets proper consideration.
