thanks man! im with ya on all the body codes for honda..........only codes i know are miatas. ( NA-first gen, NB-second gen, NC-third gen) then there is (NA-1 witch is a 1.6L, NA2 witch is 1.8L, NB1 and NB2 the difference there is body and head!)

Usually people just use codes to refer to year of the car.If somebody says EF they mean a civic from year of 88-91,If somebody says EG or EJ they are talking about 92-95 and could go up to 00 but for 96-00 people usually say EK,And for integras 89-93 they say DA.All of these can be found in vin numbers on the cars and thats why most people say it because if somebody says EF then the other person half the time will know they are talking about a civic between 88-91.
