I plan on having the Subaru on the road this week and depending on who all is going (that is the biggest factor), I'll go on a run.
He raised his car up the night before the run.

So apparently PTC cops can pull you over "just so they can check if everything is alright". Going home from Tommy's at maybe almost 3 AM from a late dinner and movie night, a cop turns on his light while at the median so I stop since I'm the only car at the road. I was doing 38 on cruise control on a 40 with nothing wrong with my car (All lights working, whatever else) and using my blinkers and driving respectively. Cop goes, "How's it going? Is everything alright here? May I ask what are you doing still out at 3 AM at night?". Cop had no reason to pull me over but he did. Oh and this happened at about 1/8 mile away from my house. He can't bust me for anything since he never had a reason to stop me anyway.

After that movie last night, a cop pulling me over would've freaked me the fuck out.

    Eff that!

i try telling people this and they ignore me saying that the lower it is the lower the center of mass and the better it handles. After that I usually just walk away shaking my head....

Cops can pull you over whenever they want for whatever they want without an excuse.

I gladly admit my car is far lower than it should be for any performance benefits, anyone who tries to argue that case is in denial.

Troof. They will always "find" some reason if you really press them about it, it's a mute point.

I agree that some cars look good sitting on the ground but those are for the hard-parkers. Someone that knows anything about racing will point out the BTCC Super Touring cars will have the appropriate suspension components to allow the car to have the ride height it does and maintain the proper suspension geometry.

That's always made me wonder why they haven't "found a reason" to pull me over. I'm a 20 year old girl who has been driving a 911 since I was 17. I thought for sure someone was bound to pull me over for no reason by now. Still hasn't happened yet and I drive past cops at 3-4 in the morning all the time. I'm kinda shocked.

Yea, but they get expensive. The bids end up being around $120 near the end.

It does, doesn't it? It's actually slighty smaller than the golf ball one.

13 oz. It feels awesome. The only thing that I've found to dislike about it though is the hole for the screw just happens to be where I place my finger for 2nd, 4th, and 6th. It feels weird, but that's usually when I'm flicking the shifter. I guess it's time to shift normally?

damn lightweight. The one in the wagon is 480 grams or 17oz... Dad's car and my skunk2 in my prelude both weigh in at 440 grams. Your 13oz is 358ish grams i think...

I don't need to move a shift linkage either though...weight's just about perfect.
