    I cannot tell you how many times the Guys at work I go to track days with have stated that they want to sell their Corvettes and pick up Miatas for dedicated track cars.     You need to elaborate on this. I'm very curious as I've never had any issues dealing with them.

    That's going to be with most manufacturers when it comes to those type of vehicles. A customer of ours blew the motor of his Elise at the track and Lotus was denying his claim. After some going back and forth with Lotus USA, they eventually replaced the motor under warranty. I was able to get LB's top replaced even outside of warranty at Jim Ellis Mazda.

    I found out a long time ago that losing can be a good thing. It drives you harder/further. It makes you sit back and regroup. It makes you modest and humble. It can let you know where you stack up in the big picture. I do runs with people i know I'm gonna lose to, but if I can make them work for their win I've accomplished something. I've won many several races I shouldn't have do to the other driver not being worth a damn behind the wheel.
