    My parents bought me a Nikon D3000 with a 55-200mm lense for Christmas. It's pretty damn cheap for a SLR camera.

    Idk, I have the shittiest Nikon DSLR you could buy in the market. I guess I was just spoiled by Brandon's lense. Plus Tommy is feeding me with his Canon fanboyism.
    Mehh the dslr i used for my photos was a pos and look how the photos turned out,pretty damn good imo. I would love a d3000 or d40.I might sell all my airsoft stuff and get one as i dont play anymore.

    Can't really go wrong with Nikon or Canon. I like my Sony 12.1 mp digital camera or my Droid X just fine though. I leave the big cameras and good pictures to the pros.

    The battle between Nikon and Canon boils down to personal preference. I personally am a Canon cannot but I've also had one and in the last and liked the UI.

    Some photographer guy I play airsoft with told me that he used to buy those disposable cameras at gas stations and take amazing pictures with them. It doesn't matter what camera you have, as long as you're inspired to take pictures. (Ronel on inspirational bullshit gay speech mode)
