Yes and yes. It needs some work though not much. My soon needing a car to ride in other than my wife's SUV was priority. Not gonna do too much to it for a while. Wanna get the exhaust squared away and finish the body.
Gotta find someone to pass me on emissions too. Car is a '95 but has a 100% total 98+ conversion......and I mean total; motor, dash, interior, engine and dash harnesses. Yes, it is an OBD2 '95 Integra.
