    Charlotte had a foot with 2" solid ice underneath. I drove from Pittsburg to Charlotte saturday night in the mountains of VA and WVA..........it was nuts. We'd go 30 miles before seeing another car. It was snowing so bad that you could not even see the giant green signs over the road.

    I haven't seen snow like that since I lived in Alaska. I have a chance to go back up there doing Kinda what I do now but the wife said "Have fun by yourself" so it's a no go.
