i remember my first car: I just turned 13 and there was a not-so-minty-fresh '86 Civic Si waiting on me that needed alot of TLC. Sad to say I never did anything with it. Now I wish I had kept it and fiddled with it a bit:(

It would've been a decent ride if I actually built it instead of trying to get rid of it to buy a friends CRX...

EP3's is the worst designed Hondas, IMO.

My first car when I lived in Utah was a Cosmic Green '01 GTi GLX VR6. Got rid of that before moving to this shithole. When I got here, I picked up a '91 S13 which I had a hard time getting the title for. Bought a Aztec Green Pearl '92 Integra GS-R. When the original B17a took a shit, I traded the S13 for a JDM B20 long block. Ended up totaling that on Father's day 2005; young and dumb and swerved to miss a deer on Peachtree Pkwy near Kedron Kroger.

My first car, ironically, was a silver Miata that looks almost exactly like Roxie's.
Be ready for a flash back of me when I was 18!

And don't worry Roxie, I had a problem that the dealership hid from me as well. There was a pretty decent oil leak from one of the gaskets, But the dealer acted like they had no idea what I was talking about when I called them. I'm glad your dealer is taking care of it for you.

- Heritage Volkswagen
- BMW of South Atlanta
- Nissan/Kia of Union City.

The Volvo dealership closed due to shady warranty work.

Wow that's crazy haha We could've been twins! :D

They took it off my hands today free of charge and gave me a Mazda3 to drive around until they're done finding and fixing the problem. They were very nice about it and gave me no problems at all. Jim Ellis Mazda is a great place. I've been very happy with them from the time I walked in there until the time I walked out today. Hopefully they'll continue this awesome service when I go to pick my car up. Super happy with everything :)

Which Jim Ellis dealership did you take it too? I was able to get the one in Marietta to replace Laurabeth's soft top even though it was slightly out of warranty at the time.

I loved the Jim Ellis Mazda in Marietta. The service manager is an awesome guy and took great care of me!

Ahhh....gotcha. When I was in there, they told me some crazy story about how a father and son walked into Jim Ellis Porsche and bought 2 GT2 RS's.......cash. I don't know if I believe that one haha

this is true:) if i got rid of the wagon i would prob get an evo. if i were to get a honda to supplement my suby, itd be an opder shitvic that would either have a properly built D or non-vtec B that would be fairly quick for cheap and be my autocross car/daily

I would too... I love the prerunner style and id use it too... But there really isn't any place for it here...

Believe it or not, that one is actually true. We have a friend that's a tech up at Jim Ellis Porsche and he told us about that a couple months ago. Wish I had that kind of money. :(

Hahahaha Remember, your talking to somebody that's been into hondas a long time. I had a buddy with a bolt on D series in a gutted hatch (stock internals) with a CX transmission thats geared as wide as the Grand Canyon, that would pawn mustang GT's. Stick an EX/SI transmission behind it and it would've been fantastically quick. Put the setup in a gutted EF hatch and it would've been even quicker!
