I was never really into the whole "housing" thing in EQ2... I mean, ya, guild halls are alright, but it got boring running all over freeport to these fuckers houses just to buy somethin'... I prefer the tried and true East Commonlands tunnel torch 2 way.. or even the bazaar. As for the decorating part, I guess I just never really got into that side of it.... lol

Love the game, but Blizzards lack of decent support blows. If the downloader doesn't work you have to signup at a 3rd party file download site and wait in a queue. They should be dishing the patches out from their website...

DUDE NOTHIGN beats EQ and StarWars in there prime. Really its funny you ntoice some of the best games out there where addicting when they first started, then as time went on they got gayer and gayer! funny really!

DUDE SWG HAS SUCKED SINCE 6 MONTHS AFTER IT CAME OUT. Shit when George Lucas himself even tells Sony that they messed up the game you know its going downhill. HELL if you want to see somethign funny go to i think tis amazon and find that game for sell then read the reviews, last i saw it was 250 negative reviews and i think 10 good ones!

When was the last time you played? I've been playing the game 24/7 since launch, 5 accounts, been through most every part of the game sofar. Yeah some of the new updates lick balls but if you stuck with the game than you'd know how addictive it is.

dude i got the game 1 week after it went into to stores, played it for 2 1/2 years, I am one of the greatest players to be on tempest. I dont play anymore becuase alot of the orignal players quit, and no one knows people for who they where. THe only way i would ever go back to the game is if that started a new server, where the game is set back to 3-6 months after it came out!
I played hard core for about 6 months but my Night Elf hunter just damn disappeared 1 day and I lost all inspiration.

man that was when i hated the game becuase no one would help you and it took dam forever to get to 50! that was the only thign that turned me away from teh game!
personaly i prefer in an mmo anyway that it take a long time to lvl up to max lvl as in WoW there is no real sence of acomplishment well there is but it fades after 2 or 3 days. I would like to see one and i think EQ2 was like this as you progress through a lvl to the next you slowly grow stronger than as you cross into lvl up you get a big bonus as well as make it take people atleast 6months to a tear to fully lvl a charactor thats my
i recently changed server i now play on Earthen Ring With several other IA members ...they dont post much..... but anyway, we have both Horde and Alliance chacters around 60ish and alot of characters around 30ish

I started playing the original EverQuest only a few months after the original release.
Played it straight through the first 3 expansions, of which I still have the original boxes for.
Still, the highest level I ever got was a 46 Rogue. >_<
By the time Luclin had come out, I had quit playing. I bought Luclin later...not near enough to keep me playing.
DAoC was the next MMO I played. LOOOOOOVED it for a solid ~6 months. RVR is the fkin' sh*t, dude. Best form of PVP yet, in my opinion.
Shadowbane was next. I enjoyed the easy-leveling, and the PVP system was EXTREMELY fun at times of guild raids, though "griefing" kind of ruined the game too.
Next I believe was....probably FFXI...yeah...2 weeks....that's all I needed to realize the game was horrible. Hi, I'm going to level up to 30 to learn a new "class", then start from level 1 all over again! Yay!!!!!!!
Played EQ 2 for about....1 day. Got off the island..realized I had no further motivation to play. End of story.
Then I bought WoW...got to level 16 within a week or w/e...liked it, but then I had no time to play cause of my job.
Now I'm back into WoW. Two solid weeks of playing = level 33 Hunter. Fast/easy leveling...
I think WoW has the virtually the best aspects to make a great MMO, though leveling in itself IS too easy.
I'm worried, because I'm level 33, and already I'm getting bored...nothing feels new or different anymore.
^^ Yeah I am lvl35 and things are starting to slow. I've been occupying myself with some pvp'ing in the battlefields.
WoW doesnt really open up untill lvl 55-60 and you get into the endgame instances.
