BWAHAHAHHA man i was in Fridays watching the game w/ Bears fans LMFAO i knew we were going to lose, i didnt even expect us to put points up. I am glad to see chris johnson still got his 100+ yards, that's the only thing i was wanting to happen
NOPE!! LLAB
Jordy got injured...i barely caught the injury. But i didnt even get to put in James Jones..what i wanna know is why you sat Andrew Luck...like wtf?! i'll damn near trade you Stafford for Luck if you dont like luck
well looks like a lose for me this week, unless for some odd reason mccoy fumbles 2 times....but thats not going to happen. Damn first time with losing record, going from 2nd in the division down to last, smh i gotta get on the ball and get back winning

And that Brees to Graham TD seals the win for me. I can't believe I overcame that 51.2 point performance by Martin.
Doesn't matter. He's still a QB not producing. At all. He was on the hot seat all week this week with him and Reid both talking about him being replaced. I think the main reason Vick started is because of Philly playing NO and Reid wanting a more experienced QB out there facing them. Philadelphia plays Dallas next week. Look for more talk on Foles possibly starting against them.
I win. Sorry Julio.
at just like that we now have a log jam in the standings... anybodies ball game.
i cant believe yall blame vick for monday's performance...he had no time to stand in the pocket...against one of the leagues worst defenses he became more acquainted with them then his own OL. eagles need a new front in order for vick to produce. that int wasnt his fault, the ball was on target...vick cant throw and catch the ball...it was tipped and a lucky defender was there to get the tip. vick isnt a good qb on fantasy until his OL produces more protection.
OAN: i hope some of these waivers go through...this week i'm without Rodgers![]()
Vick (just like any QB in the league) is the leader of the offense. Vick did not produce. The team suffered. I never said the loss was Vick's fault. It was the entire team. But Vick is a presence on the field and if the team isn't coming together, then changes are necessary. The same thing is going on with the Jets where Ryan is sticking with Sanchez. Vick is not ranked in the top 10 in any QB category except for interceptions. Not a good stat to be at the top of your class in.
Side note, though, it looks like Vick will be in next week.
vick is better than sanchez, hence his 'fantasy points' being higher and i'm sure QBR....even w/ a busted OL he only turned the ball over twice, once was a tipped interception and the other was after getting clobbered 3 times in a row. if Manning (Peyton or Eli) had that kind of OL, he couldnt produce either. there's only one way a QB can produce...an at least decent OL...eagles OL is fukin horrible! put him w/ a OL that gives him protection of some decent sort, he's bound to produce, ALMOST better than Eli...Eli is 4th quarter king, but i think comparable offenses...Vick might edge Eli.
Vick will be in next week, you know why...Eagles OL was on national TV for everyone to see how bad they sucked. they know it's not totally Vick's fault that the eagles are where they are. I hate to say it...but Reid i believe would be gone before Vick. as much as vick got hit last night, he really cleaned up his turnover problems
Vick is responsible, at least 50%. He doest get a pass (no pun).
The interception was HIS FAULT, did you listen to what Gruden said? It was a rookie mistake. WHen you have pressure in the flat on your TE running an out, you throw the ball LOW AND AWAY. He threw it high and up which allowed it to get tipped. REDZONE 0-5.
His receivers were dropping balls, and his O Line was terrible. Vick is their best option to win, but hes walking dead and they have not given him the tools to win either.

with that OL letting in that kind of pressure it's almost like you get the ball out 'anyway possible' not to mention that tipped interception was his only interception of the night. he needs protection to make better QB decisions...i mean all QBs make the mistake he did to get that tipped...there's no QB not even rodgers that doesnt throw INT...shits gona get tipped...and shits gona get intercepted..i blame the OL, period. other than a couple of lucky openings, mccoy or the other back didnt get many good looks. that OL sucks massive king kong balls

Vick isnt much better than Sanchez..... Vick is no rookie... we're not speculating on how good or bad he is.... WE KNOW!!!!!.... we've had 10 years to evaluate Vick. If Peyton Manning or Tom Brady had a bad offensive line..... they would throw the ball 2 seconds after it hit their hands. Vick isnt capable of doing that. His skill set makes it possible for defenses to bury him.
How much longer are we going to make excuses for Vick though? Its been a decade. hes at the END of his career.

i never claimed him as an elite, but he's damn sure better than what the OL is allowing him to do. i'd rather him on the Titans, which has an ok/mediocre OL, where he can make an extra 2 steps to scour the field for open recievers..he doesnt have time to make good decisions where he's at...and when he gets that time he's worrying about when the OL is gona break up and allow the DL line in. he's a good starter, the last couple of years he's progressed from being a mainly running QB to a pocket passer, he's made a great transition..
i dont see him at the end of his career...Hasselbeck is at the end of his career, Vick has good time w/ a complimentary OL.
Vick has maybe 3 years left in this league. Hell, at the end of this year, he may not even be starting QB worthy.
its not just his OL. Plenty of QBs have shitty OL lines. Plenty of QBs have receivers that drop passes. Vick just looks lost, hes not a leader. He doesnt know how to make people around him better. Last year we blamed injuries, this year we are blaming his OL. Im done blaming stuff on other people.
Sanchez is the same

because at that time he was a running QB...that kind of offense works only in college, it doesnt translate well in the NFL..QB's job is to get teh ball to receiver/TE/RB. yes i thoroughly agree that Ryan's Falcons are better...he's in the pocket as well..doing what a QB is supposed to. Eagles 'transformed' vick into a pocket passer...then gradually let the OL get shittier and shittier. like i said..let Vick be the pocket passer he's transformed to be w/ a better OL, guarantee you'll see better production. they have the weapons in WR/RB/TE to go the distance..the OL is just ass. i mean...Desean Jackson has seen decreased numbers because of this whole thing, does that mean that he sucks and is washed up?
Either the Eagles signed a QB that they cannot fit a system around, or Vick is just not a good QB.
thats about as simple as it gets.
After 10 years in the league i expect better from a so called superstar

A good QB with a bad OL is Jay Cutler. Cutler has been sacked more times than Vick but has turned the ball over fewer times.
Vick is, and always has been, someone who uses the threat of the run to allow himself to throw. Teams are taking away running lanes first now and his throwing ability has suffered.

Vick sucks. I wonder how many turnovers Vick has had.
Sammich, you should ease up a little off of Vick's nuts, dude. They're talking about the cheerleader squad for him with you clamping down so hard, lolol. Vick is not that great. He never has been. His days in Atlanta showed him not as a good QB, but as a good RB or TB. But he showed the potential to be a good and even great QB. Once he came back to the NFL with Philadelphia, he started showing signs of becoming the QB that I thought he could've been with the Falcons. But each year, he showed decline. His days are numbered not only with Philadelphia, but probably in football.
Yet, Sanchez and Tebow both have more accomplishments to hang their hats on than Vick. Vick's career is a disappointment, hes been on extremely good teams and been surrounded by talent, he hasnt won because he is not capable leading a team.
Sanchez.... as bad as he is.... has thrown over 3k yards twice in his career already, even playing for defensive minded coaches on run first teams. Vick has also thrown over 3k only twice in his decade long career..... playing for much more pass friendly offenses. Vick is a bust...... get over it.
