So lets see.... First you wanted us to keep Vick... Now you are saying we should have gotten T.O and Kellen Winslow? You need to move your allegiance to the Raiders I think, you would fit right in with there mentality.. You want the Falcons locker room to be like an episode of the Jerry Springer show? lmao...

hmm dont remember saying anything about vick, anyway we have no good tight ends so winslow makes since, T.O. is good, theres no denying it. since we have a so called "real" QB now, give him some weapons. jenkins is not all that good, and white is just above average.

We could use another good WR and TE, but have you followed them at all over there career? They are team killers, not by there production, but by there attitude and off field issues. I would settle for a more stable slightly less productive TE like LJ Smith or the TE out of Denver, Tony Schlechter or whatever his name is. We have a good cohesive team right now, we dont need any extra drama, we had our share in the 2007 season.

T.O. is not as big a problem people portray him to be. its just that any little incident the media is all over it trying to amp it all up as usual. i would say tony romo is a bigger distraction than T.O.(jessica simpson and all her little b.s.)

I didn't know 'just above average' got you into the Pro Bowl...

Mike Smith believes in a 'Run first' offense. Why would the Falcons be dumping a bunch of money into WR's and TE's(Who can't block)? Especially when we have a perfectly capable set of receivers...

yeah one pro bowl, he should have been there a few times, but he just wasnt dependable. man you cant begin to compare white to owens, owens gets the job done on the field, just look at his numbers. winslow is way better than any tight end on our roster. those guys are not team killers, they are playmakers. every team has problems, and if you let one man destroy your squad, then you were never really a team in the first place.

Well, T.O. got banished to Buffalo, so who cares anyway.

I like how you avoided my second question. Why would the Falcons dump money into a WR or a TE(Like Winslow, who can't block) in a run first offense. Our passing game was effecient last year. Why even bring up these positions when there are HUGE holes in the defense? I don't see any logic what-so-ever.

so winslow cant block? lol whats next he cant catch either huh? all im saying is our TE's are really not all that great, winslow would be a good upgrade to the offense, it just makes sense. as far as the defense goes, we could use roy, and another CB.

Was that an attempt at humor? No, he can't block...he's a pass catching TE.

I agree. Especially a running team with a young QB needs a solid pass catching TE. Winslow isnt a great run blocker, but he is good enough for the Falcons scheme.
