yeah it's pretty tough, especially when the damn executioner comes waltzing in with his Axe lolol. I love it though.

i beat it with another friend, but the outside level is pretty hard.. the 2nd level is alot more subtle..

i killed the chainsaw dude, but i didnt kill the executioner.. unless my partner did. but i think they just keep coming until the guy blows up the gate.. I think..

but you might not be hitting him when you stun them. When you shoot them enough they stumble back and or stun. And than you have to go up to them and press X when it says so.. and you will uppercut/kick them. your probrably just shooting them and running... in that case they will never die!

I downloaded it and finally played a bit today. It looks pretty awesome, but I've got to say, I like the old ones sooo much better. What is up with this African, everyone is infected and organized bs? Resident Evil 1 and 2 is where it's at.

if you followed the story you would know the game follows the resident evil degeneration movie. With the "rage" type of virus being used by terrorists, in 3rd world countries.

Eh, fair enough. I just almost wish they'd go back and redo the original stories with the new graphics/gameplay. I just thought the cool factor was much higher back when it was a smaller scale. I'm about to go read up on the storyline of the games.

Edit: So I read over some plot outlines, and yeah, not feeling the 4th or the 5th game. From what I read it's not even dealing with the t/g-virus anymore. The game needs to get back to it's storyline roots.

Technically it is still dealing with the T and G virus. It's a mutated strain that is being distrubuted on the black market. After Resident Evil 3, Umbrella was disbanded and the virus got out. Tri-Cell (from RE: Degeneration) has been in the works creating an antidote for the virus, and that's their main role in the game. Go watch Degeneration before you play the game and you'll understand it a bit better. RE4 is the only game that didn't really have zombies in it, but it did still have the virus in the game.

Well the RE5 Demo is awesome, I've pretty much stuck w/ playing single player due to getting mainly japanese people connecting w/ me (odd huh!) on Online co-op which sucks when I already know what to do and they don't for some odd reason. .
