He's only a distraction because the team allows the media to make him out to be one. He is very very talented and he knows his worth. Just because he wants more money after one year doesnt mean hes a baby. If you get a raise after 6 months of employment and then bitch after a year that you still havent gotten a raise does that make you a cry baby also?
