T.O is a skilled player... but he's just a big baby at heart. He's had that contract for 1 year and after 1 year he already cried like a baby... who's to say that if they gave him a higher paying contract he wouldn't do it again? I agree with the "incentive" bonuses... you paid on how well you preform. If it came down to him and Moss tho, I'd have to take Moss... no doubt... more skilled, taller, faster, better hands... only thing Moss does better is run the routes and is able to break a few more tackles.

He's only a distraction because the team allows the media to make him out to be one. He is very very talented and he knows his worth. Just because he wants more money after one year doesnt mean hes a baby. If you get a raise after 6 months of employment and then bitch after a year that you still havent gotten a raise does that make you a cry baby also? Nope it just means each person has his or her own idea of self worth.

taking a marker outta your shoe and signing a ball after you score a touchdown is def a showoff...he is talented dont get me wrong shit he is in the NFL...but just has too bug of a head in my .02..there are a lot of players in the NFL better than him who dont have the same attitude, thats my only prob with him is his attitude

T.O...and Randy Moss the same..both are great athletes..on the field..they will burn past many corner backs and all..but attitude goes a long way on the field also..when a player isn't tuned with the other...nothin will get done
