The first cable is for a PS/2 style keyboard to plug into some kind of "thin client" terminal (a terminal is just a display and keyboard - no CPU)
The second cable is to adapt an AT keyboard port to a P/S2 keyboard port so a PS/2 keyboard can be used.
The third cable is a DB9 serial cable - for example - used to connect an external modem to your PC
These parts are considered "legacy hardware" since they are no longer used on new machines. They might be worth something to someone though.
