Personally I agree/disagree... Blu-ray definitely looks better then HD DVD but the price is the killer. HD-DVD prices start at highend DVD prices Blu-ray is an avg of 10$ more when releases first started... most HD-DVD prices are between 14-24$ and Blu-ray is between 14-49$... I have a HUGE dvd collection and I am in no rush to move from DVD to any HD format. It is going to take obviously another year or two for a winner to be concluded. In the meantime consumers are gonna get screwed either way
