Well, liquids aren't really banned at airports. True, they can't be taken pass security, but you can carry bottles of liquids if purchased after the gate. It says he entered the concourse, not sure how Miami is, but if you travel out of Hartsfield/Jackson you know the concourses are AFTER security. Also it says he boarded his plane after turning over the bottle, which is either poor journalism or just someone didn't get the facts straight. If he was smart, he would have just handed it over in the first place- Bc it would have sent straight into the trash. His hesitance is what got him in trouble. Also if they didn't throw it away immediately he could easily deny that, the bottle found was in fact the one they gave him. ALot of times evidence like that has to be sealed to prevent tampering, kinda like signing a urine sample bottle, if any of you have had to do that before..
Bright side, remember how good the Cowboys were when the team was full of crooks and junkies?? Maybe next year is the year.. haha.
