Any B-Series header will work, but with the 4-1 'JDM Type-R Style' (replica of the Type-R header) you will have to modify your crossmember by 'notching it'; most aftermarket header for an EF you will have to do that unless you get a 2 piece header (4-2-1) off Ebay or DC Sports or something.

he was referring to him saying some, does anyone have "some" that will work, is physically impossible to fit multiple headers on a b16.

but to the OP, yea, you will likely have to cut the cross member with many different headers, so just be aware of that before you decide to buy a header.

Like kevin said, any b-series header will work. 1.6 headers (like from a 99 Civic Si or Del Sol Vtec) will give you more ground clearance then a 1.8 header. Do know that if the car is obd0 it used 2 o2s while obd1 and up cars uses only 1 so will have to do something with the other o2 if you plan on staying obd0.

also what about clearance for the ac fan. I've seen alot that will not clear the ac fan as well as cutting the front cross member.

FOr the B16 the new RMF Replica/KiddRacing header is best in terms of ground clearance and it is the best on power.

The Hytech Replica i sell the small tube and big tube, the smal tube is what you want, it is cheaper, but it doesnt make the same power an the ground clearance kinda sucks on a b16.
