Um, I think you should be fine man, this is not California.
nah man, i dont know alot of people who pass emissons legally with a b16 in an EF...
But, we got my dad's b16'd EF to pass by getting a stock OEM honda cat. Thats the best route to go if u can find out

i almost passed with mine missed it by a few points im sure with a proper tune up and a fpr you could pass easily
make sure if you have a chance to clean your EGR & ports!!! i see so many hondas fail emissions because of that! even though the retest is free...do it right the first time
