u could probably get the city to pay for it, i got the city of miami to pay for 1 of my 22" rims that i had on my Grand Prix. it took about 6 months but they did par for rim and tire. i would do that if ur rims are rare/expencsive. but if they're knock offs then just cut ur losses and buy new rim and tire.
