    Default HELP ASSEMBLING B18A?????

    ok, so preety soon im gonna start my ls swap in my crx

    i got a brand new ls, 0 miles on everything

    im missing a ****load of bolts such as, the bolts that bolt the tranny and the block, flywheel, clutch, water pump, oil pump, oil pan, valve cover etc..

    anyone know where i can find some bolts?

    Hate to say it, but they're right. I've got a drawer full of bolts you're welcome to go through, but sh*t, dude, you won't know that you've got the right one...

    ok, the ones i need the most are the tranny bolts


    you think some parts store can have them?

    Hard to say. I mean, yeah, like Ace Hardware will have them, but there's so many different variations. Width, depth, pitch, and grade...

    Go to http://www.acuraoemparts.com or anywhere that has the exploded diagrams. In the parts listing, you should find the diameter and length for each bit of hardware that you need. It might not tell you the thread pitch, though. From there, you can go to Ace or any other hardware store and possibly find what you looking for. Also, familiarize yourself with the various hardness grades for fasteners, it will be very useful information.
