OEM fenders from honda run about 200$ a side (if I remember right). If you keep an eye on our EF Squad classifieds area...you'll note that we sometimes have body panels...
As for getting the entire body smoothed over and repainted...with the low cost it is to buy an EF, you're PROBABLY going to be better off buying one with less dents/dings/whatever. Most collision centers run between 65-95$/hr. This is excluding any parts that are bought, or paint/primer used. To paint a car properly would usually run you between a grand and up to as much as 3, 4, or even sometimes 5 or 6K$. That's to make your car coming out prestine. To make a car look mint...it takes time. Time takes money. How clean do you want your car to be in the end?
If you're looking to get your car looking pretty good for a pretty good deal, SprayGlo in Duluth offers paintjobs for around 450-700$-ish...depending. I won't say they're bad, but I will advise (as with ANY body shop) you check their reputation.
Yes...I do work for a collision center, and in private, we can discuss anything further... I believe legally I can also say I've done my share of car-building, and have helped a member or two from the squad. Everything done to my car was self-taught because I love the hobby and find it fun to work on cars.
That's as much as I can say without getting banned.
