Well, my dad wanted to get a little honda because of the gas milage they get. This was around the time when gas spiked up to $5 a gallon, ik you all remember. Anyways, he saw this car in Auto trader, and we drove about an hour to go get it, fell in love with it at first sight, **** was like a little go-kart. 90 Si hatch w/ a "rebuilt" Si motor.



Well, after rollin the stock car for awhile, my dad came across thezcr.com, and we picked up the DOHC ZC motor from jhott (same Zc motor i have...)



OFF TOPIC....Well, after the swap i fell in love with EF's all over again, so I had to have one of my own, so i bought this one from a guy @ my dad's work...(dont laugh, she's come a long way....lol)




So about a year or two ago my dad was comming home from work, going about 70mph on a 4 lane road. an astro van pulled into the left turning lane opposite of my dad, and he just never stopped. guess he never saw him, idk what happend, but my dad swerved to avoid t-bone n' the astro van (probably would have killed him). So the van hit him and the car got air born and hit a fence, and the rest is history...










Yea... that hatch was awesome. I learned to drive in that car man....oh well, fond memories

and that plank of wood, if you couldn't tell, was a fence post....

the old man had pieces of wood in his face from that fence post too.....

And i'm pretty sure if he didn't have his windows rolled down then it would have been ALOT worse...

yea, he was pretty devastated when it happened, he put so many hours into that car man...but i guess he's moved onto bigger and better things

car has been crushed, he's fine, about a year or two after the accident...

and yea, the wheels are still in our possession. If i paint my car red, which is what i want to do now, then i'll most likely throw those wheels on for memories sake
