I use to just browse this site driving a 86 318 bimmer or my 91 si hatch thinking to myself hmmmmm I can do this... soooo in the matter of 2 months I brought an si and did a gsr swap lol man those were the days when I had money. I came to my first ef meet not knowing what to expect lol
Damn, man. My bad. I'll step off. Sorry to hear things are rough, but I know you're good to go upstairs.
.45? We need to talk. :) I think I'm selling my SW .40. I want a sig 226 or a beretta 92fs...but I'm gonna have the beretta pretty much given to me when I finish basic, anyways, so... I also wanna get a competition-grade AR15. That's what's up...
By the way, gang. I'm almost positive I'll be selling my stuff (honda, and anything else in my garage) soon in order to pay bills and leave nothing behind for when I leave for Parris Island. When I come back home, I'm looking at a pickup truck. Check my facebook for some pictures of when I was like 17 if you don't see me driving a truck. I'm currently back in that truck while the civic isn't wanting to pass emissions. I think I'm ready to be back in a truck...
I'm not ready for the big guy toys yet lol I'll just look at you toys ben LOL I like the .45 it was more powerful than my 9mm but not as sharp
Sharp being accuracy?
That's cuz it's a .45...
Get a .40, .38, or .357. They're more accurate for a longer distance, and still have the momentum to put a hurting on someone. I use my .40, and I'm pretty damn accurate with a hot or cold barrel, and I use range ammo at the range with the exception of when I took some of my home protection (hollow points) in just to compare rounds. Both were pretty damn accurate. It has the kick to let you know you have a gun in your hands, but little enough you can easily bring it back to aim, again. Plus, rounds for the .40 are cheaper than for the .45. .40cal IS the recommended and number 1 chosen pistol for protection and hobbiests. .38spcl is held by some women because it has just a little more punch than a 9mm, and just shy of that of a .40...with MUCH less kick Also, keep in mind revolvers are gonna have more kick than a slide action, too...plus holds more rounds. I'll probably keep my hands on .40's for a good while even after the military provides me my 9mm Beretta 92fs.
The AR15 is gonna be competition grade for pretty much straight hobby purposes, and it's VERY similar to the M16 assault rifle...except I can bring an AR15 home with me. :goodjob:
Also...before I retire...I want a .50cal sniper rifle just for long-range hobby. But it's about an 8K$ rifle...
yeah it's a beauty
Which one...?
The AR15
Oh, the ar15 isn't a "big gun" really. It's only a 5.56mm...
lol , darryl , he was talkin bout jeff's ride , joker . i need a hand gun from ya b4 you go , toonz. dont be an a$$ ride out to my new house and chill ......................ya'll know joker, big, toonz, and jfrolang , and me are the OG EF squad!+(btlfed)lol
Yo Darryl, Ben, Jermaine and all who I speak to about my B16A. Yesterday I started to break my motor down to replace the piston rings, but as we all know; when your only doing one thing your bound to find another problem. So when I pulled my pistons out and I took a good look at them I then noticed that some of them are missing like little pieces from in-between the piston rings, to me that explains why smoke comes out of my valve cover breathing valve. Here's the link http://www.importatlanta.com/forums/...d.php?t=159951 :goodjob:
Well, fix it!
that will be fun
Make sure when the ringlands broke it didnt score your cylinder walls all to hell!
Yea I check all that, the walls are good. I just have to get some new pistons. I'm replacing every seal that I can possibly think of. I don't want to repeat this pattern again lol
Was the motor ever boosted? Its kinda hard to see what the damage was because your pics are blurry but it kinda looks like it was the ringlands, usually break due to lean condition
anyone remember this beast from that 1 varsity meet? lol

she's got MAD VTAK :goodjob:
Yea it was. When you said that it was boosted, the guy told me that he ran a turbo on that block. I didn't really think nothing much on it; I was on disability and needed to get my car running so that I could get back to work.Quote:
