WD-40 is the shit, dust off as much as you can that way it does not clump up... Spray the entire bay (metal and all) with WD, let it sit about 5 min then wipe it down. SHIT WILL LOOK AMAZING!!!!

HORRIBLE idea. What gives it the "clean" look is the 15% mineral oil in it BUT the 50% solvent/mineral spirits in it kills rubber and vinyl by drying it all out even though the mineral oil gives it a shine. Grit and grime sticks to that mineral oil near instantly too.

And before anyone says it...WD-40 is not a lubricant, doesn't work like a lubricant, and was never intended to be used as a lubricant.

The old stuff was "very" flammable when it was made with propane lol...it's been made with carbon dioxide as the propellant instead for a longggg time.
