    up on 400 near exit 12 they use to park police cars with dummies in them and have the radar gun on so it would fuck with people..... after we figured it out we tried buzzing it at a higher rate of speed it was pretty entertaining... then the next day we saw some1 get pulled over... guess the decoy was to see if dumbasses like me would buzz the cop haha

    I have seen empty patrol cars parked on the side of Zell Miller mountian pkwy (575 north off Canton) before.

    Here they just put a reg civilian car on the side of the road with a REAL camera in it..So if you get a ticket in the mail you can say " FUCK'N POLIZEI"
