up on 400 near exit 12 they use to park police cars with dummies in them and have the radar gun on so it would fuck with people..... after we figured it out we tried buzzing it at a higher rate of speed it was pretty entertaining... then the next day we saw some1 get pulled over... guess the decoy was to see if dumbasses like me would buzz the cop haha
