it's definitely a lip.. looks almost like a Kaminari, but it's a little wild for their taste (even though it's clean as hell.. kaminari usually doesn't delve into the vents, etc). It wouldn't surprise me if it's wings west or kaminari. those sideskirts look like ww sides. Good luck
