it's definitely a lip.. looks almost like a Kaminari, but it's a little wild for their taste (even though it's clean as hell.. kaminari usually doesn't delve into the vents, etc). did a lil research I believe its a mugen lip.
It is the real mugen lip for 96-97 accords
