Nice- LMs, right? Not sure why you want to do staggered with FWD, but if it floats your boat, go for it.

They're overrated. They just look nice. I had a set of 20x9.5 CKs and the damn things weighed thirty something pounds a piece. Try a set of Privat Kups or Legends on if you get bored with those.

I've seen plenty of FWD VWs with such and think the same think almost every time. It's nothing new really. It looks good, but I wouldn't do it to my car if I owned a VW. Definitely not knocking it, but it just isn't for me. Not just because of the hopping on the bandwagon concept either, I would add.

i have always liked the way "stanced" vw's looked. i am not doing the over stretched tire or anything. i just want the wider lip in the back.

no really they are reps. i would never pay what they want for real BBS's. i looked at privat and miro. they all look the same to me.

That, I understand. The staggered lip does typically look good. Especially with the way your cars fenders sort of flare out from the factory. Will look right at home.

The op took my comments in stride and didn't get hurt. Not sure why you can't do the same and just be an adult. They are comments that represent what I thought. I spoke it and I left it there. A forum is a place where ideas are exchanged that might differ from your own. You should learn to accept that everyone doesn't think the same way and like the same things. My posts were not intended to be disrespectful. The only one who seems bent out of shape is you- perhaps that should tell you something.
