    Default Stock G goodness!

So far I 've debadged the car, brushed titanium shift knob, installed a polished strut bar, and Im in the process of replacing all fluids and such. My new wheels arrived today, coilovers are arriving tomorrow and tires are coming monday so the car will look different pretty soon, especially since Im taking it to get detailed tomorrow as well. Here's how it looks before it undergoes the mods.

edit: 6/25/12 heres how it looks now

Incredibly clean. I gotta say, I think the Fuji on back is a must. The trunk honestly looks a little funny without anything there, but if you like it, that's all that matters. You sure don't waste any time though. I have had my G for 8-9 months and I have only done a debadge. Keep it moving!

I don't plan on modding this much. Im leaving it stock except for wheels and coilovers. I MIGHT get a cat back exhaust at some point, but that's a maybe. It's so nice having a quiet car idk if I want to go back to a loud one. This car is going to be for looks so I may get a karuma z bumper, chargespeeed rear, and impul sides at one point in the future.

I'm still sad you're switching the wheels up. Regardless, I'm looking forward to seeing what you have in store though

If I could get one that clean I wouldn't do anything to it. Always loved a debadged g though. Can't wait to see what wheels you went with.

lol No the headlights are staying stock. On another note, I just dropped it off at Mirror detailing so it should look like new soon!

LMFAO IJS done right it'll look good, it's hard to pull it off, but especially on the headlights..it's like a bronze/smoke that i'm thinking about in my head. i know it when i see it, but i'm not talking the traditional smoke

Looks good man. I just joined the G club and got a 2012 G37s 6MT coupe. I love it and it has been one of the best cars that not only have I ever owned but prob one of the better cars I've driven. I like how you debadged your G35 and I am not sure if I am going to keep it stock or do some mods on it. I have only had it a month so I have not had a chance to take any good pictures of it yet but I attached some below.

I was looking at a g37s as well but it was a little out of my price range. They are very nice...the interiors are way nicer than the 35's, but you should atleast get coilovers and wheels.

Love the new look. I would go for a catback and then leave it alone. These things sound so sick with an HKS Hi Power system.

I just want to leave this here.....just right here

I was thinking about possibly doing some suspension work on it and rims but the sport package comes with the 19' rims and sport suspension. I wanted to look into exhaust but it comes with the sport exhaust. I feel like its almost wasting money to buy a car that already has upgraded parts and pay more for them just to pay more for different parts. I would prob just buy the base model that is like 8K less than the 6MT and then i would prob put on some custom parts. Just me but as I said, I love the G series from Infiniti.

I can tell I'm getting old (and/or have been watching too much BBC Top Gear).

I like the new wheels, but I feel like the switch changed your car from a grown-up's car to a teenager's. Car still looks great though, and the detail work is crazy good.

But then you wouldn't have a reasonable excuse to purchase a supercharger

Intake, exhaust, tune, and ride out. Car needs nothing more. No supercharger.

I like the g35 either way but I agree with Deke. I've owned cars and put custom rims on it and no matter what type, color or style rims, they always made the car seem like a teenager was driving. I love the sport g35 rims but love the bbs rgr (your rims kind of have the same style) as well. Either way it looks great and the suspension work looks great as well. Do you know of any g meetings in the Atlanta area?

I think the BBS LM design is a classic and timeless design that looks great, but everyone's entitled to their opinions!

I believe there's G meets at the taco mac at perimeter mall on the 3rd sunday of every month, but I havent been to once in years. Just check the events here and on the atlanta G's facebook page and on g35driver.
