well it sure seems that way out here at times. only speaking from experiences that i have had. not trying to stereotype.
Like i said earlier, its so ridiculously easy not to get tickets. I dont speed simply because i cant afford it. When im out of school with a good job, ill have my fun. I just dont understand people blaming their cars for their tickets. He didnt drive a McClaren where 60 feels like 20. He drove a civic.
