I'm talking more about her not being able to see at night or someone not being able to see her. Also note that should someone rear-end her due to them not being able to see her brake lights, they can legally sue you/or her for the alteration of the taillights. Totally understand where you're coming from. As tinted as they are. I, and those around me can see when I hit my breaks, and I can see perfectly clear when I am driving in the dark.

Understandable, but I can see clearly in the dark, and people behind me can as well. If that was the case, that no one can see me, then that's when they would be stripped.
