Quite a bit im guessing, i dont see too many modded tercels around.

Um that's not really that uncommon at all. The American Civic.

in that there are only 3 people in the area i know of with them (done right, not riced), i'd consider it not common.

None of my cars are common at all. Frontier being the most common modified i guess.

a good example, there is about 70 datsuns around my b210 here, but not one other b210. I have always wanted a 510 but this day i was happy to stand out

I'd still consider the neon platform commonly modded. The ACr was really popular in american SCCA racing classes, and were modified for autocross and road track use a lot( even club racing) so even though they're not modified on the street, they're still a commonly modified car, especially with the whole ACR and mopar after market support.
