    IDK about Nikon's lenses, but how do they do the image stabilization? and did you freehand the panning or monopod?

    this lens doesnt have VR aka vibration reduction. the VR edition is alot more $ and my camera takes high ISO's like a fucking champ. so if i need a faster shutter i just crank the ISO up.

    free hand panning, i dont own a monopod and have never used one, i think it would be kinda restrictive.

    I dunno....the runs were really spread out because there were a TON of people running. It was seriously like 20+ minutes between runs.
