I swear your car is a huge love or hate type thing. Maybe it's just the common mods on it that every Honda owner do that it's cool and awesome at one point then you get so sick of it it's boring. First the wheels, I did like them at first because it was kind of different on a Del Sol but now I'm not feeling them at all. Plus they're heavy as hell and that car has to scream for something lighter. I mean in the end they're just oversized steelies. The car sits nice overall though, if it had something like RPF1s I'd love it. If those little inside lights shine yellow shame on you. The lip in this case isn't that bad though. I mean it's not much different external mod wise as a Civic but it's not as common as a Civic so it's not nearly as boring and sickening to look at.

Haha, nope they don't shine yellow! They shine "platinum white" ... and the wheels are actually pretty light. I'm no racecar driver though, so it doesn't really bother me And RPF1's dont come in a 15x8 +12, so then you'd hate it, and the wheels would be all sunken in. :P

look i owned the same set of wheels, same size, but lower offset, these wheels UN MOUNTED, UNPAINTED, weighed in at 20 pounds even, you add a tire (im guessing what she is running is a 195/50/15 or a 205/50/15) they now weigh 24-25 pounds mounted, you add close to 100 pounds in weight to a small car like that, it pretty much will be asking you to sell them for something lighter. i know first hand because i ran this same wheel 5 months ago, and i drive a miata. so zombieslider is right. the wheel is a very heavy choice.

I didn't say anything about Nissan people, I was talking about 240 owners. And like it or not, the stereotypes that accompany the 240 crowd are generally well-deserved, and I think you know that. Of course not everyone falls within those stereotypes, but literally I wholeheartedly think most of them do. As for s2000 owners thinking their cars are fast because they're loud.... I dunno. Maybe some do. That doesn't seem to be the consensus of all the attitudes I've seen from owners - hell, most of us like to joke about just how slow their cars are.

Sorry for the delay. I've always loved your car because A. It's about as uncommon in the "import" scene as you can get and the artwork on it looks really good. There isn't anything I can make fun of on your car. I'm not always a fan of art on car but this thing really pulls it off, in fact I think it looks better with it then it would without. Two thumbs up for doing your own thing.
