    Yeah Its just a GTO plug cover. The Guys name is Nelson, from Nelson Performance. Basically was a big e-soap opera on 3si.org. He said he built the car himself, but actually paid a shop extra not to tell anyone they built it. Regardless, hes making 1200+.

    Theres also a group of Russian guys with a VR4 making 1348whp. RECOCKULOUS!

    ^ Its not a VR4, thats my only problem with it. It would look great lowered. I love the interiors on 3000/stealths too.
